Kiama Junior Football Club Annual ‘Evening Spectacular”
A great night was had by all at the Kiama Junior Football Club Annual ‘Evening Spectacular’ our major fundraiser to help raise funds for Trophies & Awards for our end of year Presentation. The night gives parents, Coaches, Managers and KJFC Committee the opportunity to enjoy a great night out as a club.
This year’s theme was for Teams to come along dressed as the same colour per table to add a little extra fun to the night. Everyone had a go with some fantastic turnouts dressed in a variety of colours, wigs and outfits. ‘Best Dressed table’ went to U6 White who come along dressed as the ‘Smurfs’.
We had a ball dancing to the Sydney band ‘Miami Relatives’ and were also entertained by Illusionist and Comedian ‘Brendon Mon Tanner’ who mesmerised us with his talents.
197 attended the event including Life Members and Sponsors Kiama Leagues Club, Kiama Fibre-glassing and Green Green Grass of Home. We would also like to acknowledge KJFC Sponsors Café Parkview, Ahead for Him Barbers, Scoops Ice-Creamery, Dixon Sports and Kiama Cycles & Sports who were unable to attend the evening.
There was an abundance of fantastic prizes generously donated to us from local businesses and KJFC Teams for our Silent Auction and Raffle, which amazingly included a Socceroos Team signed world cup strip. Many went home with a swag of goodies grinning from ear to ear having enjoyed the night out.
KJFC would like to give Special thanks to Wayne McPherson, Pauline Pickles, Dianna Brain & Marg Lukian who worked extremely hard organising the evening.
