Kiama U12 v Unanderra
The Under 12 Girls Kiama Team played against Unanderra A on Sunday. The girls had their best game of the season and the score did not reflect the outstanding game.
All the girls held their positions well throughout and made it very difficult for the opposition to play their normal game. Emma Douglas was superb in defence whilst Tess Guggisberg was a constant threat to the opposition both in attack and defence. Well done to the whole team. Great game!!
Kiama U13 v Oak Flats
WITH only 11 players available due to long-term injuries and absenteeism, Kiama U-13 Girls put up a tremendous team effort to overcome Oak Flats 4-0 in its Division One game last Sunday.

Player of the match, Seychelle Albert, made some outstanding wing-play to create Kiama's first goal with a 20 yard run and a fine cross to find striker Jessica Davies, only to see her shot  blocked, but thankfully strike partner, Claire Farquhar, was on hand to stab home the rebound on the stroke of halftime to make in 1-0.

In the second half, the midfield engine room of Chelsea Ford and Kelsey Wishart, started to dominate proceedings while Rachel Rowley never stopped running on the left wing. Jessica Davies was on hand again to score the 2nd and 3rd goals, while another fine run from Seychelle Albert released Claire Farquhar to make it 4-0 for a resounding win.

The back four of Ashleigh Campton, Georgia Harrison, Erin Dobson and the ever-reliable Sharna Dobson, were solid throughout, while Amy Hudson in goal coped well with everything that came her way to keep a clean sheet

Kiama U13.3 v Shellharbour

The team played an awesome game to defeat a fancied opponent 5-0.  The teamwork and understanding displayed between players really pleased the coaches.  Jack Kay was solid, if brutal, in defence as was Mitchell Smith and Jack Heffernan.  Drew Crofts, James Poelczer and Will Grant were dynamos in both attack and defence. Kingsley Douglas and Nathan McPhail cooperated well in their attacking roles well supported by Nick Keatley. Aaron Gullotto and Liam Case showed spectacular team work in attack. Liam was awarded “Player of the Match” for his commitment.
